Most of our luxury duvets are made from blown fibre, where the duvet casing is filled be the fibre. With our new innovative Cheviot wool we wanted to use the carding technique. The mechanical carding process disentangles and intermixes the fibres, creating a fluffy, soft and voluminous material. The filling is folded and the duvet casing is then stitched onto and through the wool, producing a fill that is unwavering overtime and stays plump and bouncy, not allowing the wool to move around.
