Chambray Flannel
Chambray fabric is produced for the fashion industry, but we couldn't resist turning it into our new exclusive luxury flannel bedding. Chambray flannel is traditionally used to make high end scarfs and clothing. Imagine a buttery soft scarf made into sophisticated rich tone bed linen with a lustrous handle. Chambray is altogether different, lighter in weight, softer in feel, our unique fabric is more elegant and arguably more versatile than any other bedding.
An exclusive first in the UK not only is this a chambray flannel, but we also added an elegant dark grey piping around the pillowcases and duvet covers. If this wasn't enough we finished the pillowcases and duvet covers with a subtle yard dyed stripe, which then mix and matched with the plain oatmeal fitted and flat sheets is the stuff dreams are made of.
What is Chambray? Chambray is woven with a natural oatmeal coloured yarn in the warp (vertical thread) and a lighter white yarn in the weft (horizontal thread). Not only this but the yarns are (yarn dyed) which means each thread is speckled, the result is a soft, smooth texture and a slightly mottled appearance.
