Melange is a technique for producing fabric where an undyed yarn is mixed with a dyed yarn to create this unique subtle two tone finish. Melange yarns create a heathered look with this combination of lighter and darker shades of beige.
What is Jersey?
Jersey cotton is a type of knitted fabric known for its soft, comfy feel and laid-back look. The fabric is also notably stretchy. Jersey is made by the fibres looping together, rather than being woven in and out. This gives the fabric a stretchy quality as the loops have more give and stretch. While traditional cotton doesn't have this flexibility, the knitting technique gives it an elastic quality.

Our white organic luxury jersey range is a 140 grams per square metre, but we wanted to offer an even thicker 160GSM with this deluxe range.

Achieve the perfect fit. Jersey is a stretch cotton material made intentionally oversized to allow for shrinkage. So, as tempting as it is to use your new Jersey bedding as soon as it arrives, we recommend you pop it on a quick 60 degree wash first. We promise you’ll be glad you did – your bedding will feel even more luxurious with a smoother, tighter weave, resulting in a perfect fit.
