Made from 100% organic cotton, our exclusive superior luxury flannelette duvet covers are luxuriously thick., with its soft, warm feel this classic bedding is ideal for cooler nights.
Some items in our superior organic flannelette range may occasionally contain small flecks or stray natural thread within the organic fabric. This is a natural characteristic of the organic flannel manufacturing process and does not indicate a fault or defect in the product. These minor variations do not affect the quality, durability, or comfort of the fabric in any way. Our flannelette products are made to the same high standards you expect, and the overall performance and feel of the material remain unchanged, but to be organic is has to be a little more natural.
What makes our flannelette superior? Not all flannelette is made equal! Exclusive to the Linen Cupboard, ours is produced by the masters of flannelette in Portugal. At 210gsm it is thicker and softer than any you will find elsewhere. Brushed on both sides (unlike most) the organic cotton creates a warm yet breathable cocoon, sending you off into a deep, luxurious slumber.
Generous proportions. Our flannelette duvet covers are made slightly oversized. This allows for the natural shrinkage (which is perfectly normal) after the first couple of washes.

Avoid contamination - bed linen looks better and lasts longer when washed separately. Washing sheets with items of clothing is the N°1 cause of bobbling. This is especially noticeable when the other items in the wash are darker colours or made from different fabrics. Zippers, buttons and other rough materials cause friction during the wash and the resulting abrasion leads to pilling.
