What's the Difference?
The secret lies in how the pillows and duvets are filled. Traditionally blown fibre is just that, the fibre is blown into the casing and sealed. Blown fibre has less processing, so the fibre remains more open creating a lighter and softer filling. Carding disentangles and intermixes the fibres, creating a fluffy, soft and voluminous material. The filling is rolled and folded into the casing and produces a fill that is unwavering overtime and stays plump and bouncy, not allowing the fill the move around or compress easily.
