Thanks to this innovative low-carbon technology, these high-quality polyester fibres are made using a filling of traceable, post consumer, 100% recycled, plastic bottles. If that wasn't enough it also powered by environmentally friendly production with regards to the consumption of land, water and energy. This achieves a decrease of more than 80% of the carbon footprint. The eco-friendliness is confirmed by a life cycle analysis LCA (conducted by TNO Institute in Utrecht). Please don't think the result is a shredded plastic filling, it is recycled into this high quality synthetic which reflects the feeling and handle of down.
